there was one desk clerk there that was EXTREMELY RUDE and not helpful at all!!! sheets were not changed the ONE time we didnt have the privacy sign up. toilet paper that was given to us to use was dirty. there were semis in the parking lot that made it hard to pull into your parking spots (semis should have a specific place to park). we have stayed at red roof inns all the time in the past and this experience was not up to what we are used too with other red roof inns

Giving it 3 the front desk people were VERY kind but I know for a FACT I left my wallet in the room an who ever cleaned the room did not turn it :(
