My Mother nooked and paid for a room for July in anticipation to see a local concert. the show was cancelled due to Covid 19 and now the hotel will not refund her or offer a credit for when the show is rescheduled. that is poor customer service! please reach out to me so this can be settled appropriately.

No hot water in any room and I was offered 3 different rooms because the 1st one had bed bugs. The staff tried to assist by moving the room around but they all were the same. 1st desk assistant Kandy showed an attitude when I was checking out because I wasn't satisfied with the service. The manager showed very little interest in the situation and acted as if he just wanted to get me signed out. The worst hotel experience EVER!!!!
make sure the hot water is running. make sure there are no bedbugs in the rooms. better management and customer service
Multiple trucks were broken into this past weekend. Don’t stay here if you want to insure the safety of your vehicles and your safety. Red roof has a paid security guard on duty, yet 6 plus vehicles were somehow still broken into. Red roof take responsibility for what happened to those poor peoples vehicles at your establishment!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It's disgustingly dirty and nasty. Checked out the same night we checked in.. Rooms not cleaned, smelt gross, I wouldn't take my shoes off even though my Hubby tried to clean the floors with towels that were white ended up black 🤢🤢🤢🤢 The whole place felt unsafe and smelt of weed.
