The Staff tries and are very polite but this place is a dump. Terrible beds,pillows etc.
service sucks packed three rooms worth of our stuff up and put in a laundry basket all mixed together instead of calling our boss and extending our rooms

RecommendedAll night I had questions about the hotel that I asked Ronnie. I was so excited about my concert tonight I drove from Orlando to Tampa at 2am, spent too much money at the casino, then came to ask questions about a security deposit. She asked if I was my name and facilitated an early check in at 5am free of cost. She was so friendly and deserves a raise! Thanks again Ronnie you rock! :)
It was clean and tidy.... not what I expected but it was an ok hotel room
I stayed at one in Texas got hurt and they would not HELP me!! Have not and will not ever stay at the red crooked inn again!
When we first arrived guests in the parking lot told us they had bedbugs, then at 9:22 on a Friday night I got a knock on the door from security there was a complaint because the people in the room below us could here my children walking around on the floor. When I asked for a refund I was told it would take 10/15 business days to get my money back! I’ve got 2 rooms for a week and don’t even wanna sleep here. My kids feet are BLACK from walking in the floor in the room!
"Manager" was mad we over slept and were late to check out by one hour after asking if we could pay a little extra to get our stuff together. His response was that we had five minutes or the cops would help, after trying to force his way threw the door about 5 times in a three minute span. To make a long story short the room smelled like a stale cigarette when we arrived anyway. So they ended up charging my card a 200 dollar smoking fee just out of spite for the late checkout. Every time I stay at a red roof the Internet is terrible!! Don’t be so cheap and get some damn decent internet! Please.
