We did get a "free" upgrade to a room with a frig and microwave BUT, our bed sheet was dirty, ants in the bathroom, and loud, noisy people outside after 11pm. There is a security guard on the premises but I think he must sleep on the job. Some chairs outside the rooms or sitting areas outside would be nice to accommodate the smokers. The only great thing was your small pet can stay free
The people were so rude. I filed a complaint and I never received a call as promised from the manager. Just unprofessional.
Thank you for having available rooms but rejecting my family with fema vouchers. I spent the hurricane away from my family on lockdown at the hospital. After worrying about their safety all weekend, we were reunited and without power for 5 days. Delt with looters. We wanted a good sleep and hot bath seeing I'm still required to work because surgeries never stop. I would have gladly paid for a room but was trying to save what funds Irma didn't take. it is convenient when there is a concert had to ask for towels.
Very polite and respectful staff, room was very clean and bed bug free.
It was ok better thAn a lot in the area it was clean smelled good I rested good
