Rude Customer Service. They don't want to change towels or sheets. I was told they have a Save The Planet Policy, so they are not required to change sheets and towels often. Nasty!!!!

It was very comfortable, close to downtown, grocery, shops, the mall, liquor stores, and many others that i met on an online dating website.
They had bed bugs will never stay there again. They rooms weren't clean. Bathrooms nasty.Ughhhhhhh
The rooms were gorgeous and very updated. You can tell the cleaning attendants pay special attention to detail when performing there magic cleaning. My bed had a very nice memory foam top on it. I really looked forward to my quiet time at the end of our day. The Sauna/Shower was a huge surprise to all of us staying there. The 46 inch 4k TV was an over the top added plus. I originally thought we didn't have a TV when entered our room. But then my son swiped his rooms card and Wallah. It came up out of the marble top credenza.... read more
