I need help, I came to this motel 3 days ago and I was asked by an employee when arrived if I want to get high, I was taken back as I am upset need corporate help please, I went to the office to ask to speak to manager and I tried to talk to her as I was scared with all the drugs and ppl with them here. Bed bugs. Chattanooga. Still fighting for refund.
This was the worst weekend ever. If you are even thinking staying here.... don’t. Urine smelling bedding, unprofessional staff, smokeless room is a joke. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and aggravation.
I wish I could give zero stars because thats how terrible this place was. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The “worker” who checked us in, I’m putting the word worker in parentheses because she didn’t know how to do her job or just didnt for whatever reason, flipped us off and hid in a room instead of trying to figure out our room situation. This place sucks!!! Ac halfass working bathroom not clean it is horrible hope my company will change back to our old hotel in Plainfield!!
Came back from a concert to find there were ants crawling all over our room. The front desk attendant said they were sold out so they couldn't change us to another room. After we said we were checking out and would like our charges refunded, she refused bc we had been checked in for over 2 hours. So, we checked out.
