WORST COMPANY EVER! We have had plumbing issues since we have lived here. Never can get a call back. They claim they don’t have a key but our doors been wide open multiple times when we come home. Now our hot water won’t work in the shower. This company @ briarwood apartments is complete TRASH!
Poor does not to begin to illustrate the Communication with this management company. I have had to have major construction, which I appreciate them doing. It has not been on going for over a month. My property has be ruined or lost. I can not get a single person to inform me of what is happening or return my calls not that i have an issue. My house was left a construction site for 4 days now. Trash discarded in the yard when trash cans are 25 feet away.
I live at Pinewood Apartments in West Blocton, AL. Have been there for two years now and these apartments are very clean and well keeped. I have enjoyed living there and only moving because of personal reasons. The apartment manager BJ has always been very helpful and always available. He also screens potential tenants and only the best gets in. I have never had a problem with any tenant and many have become my friends in such a short period of time.
