Sitting here in my kitchen looking at the candle we have lit for Dave listening to Christmas music. My Christmas prayer is for us to be able to get David’s things from his apartment in Alabama. So far we have been denied access and are having to go through a big red tape process of probate when he barely had anything after living there for only 6 months. Red Rock is very unprofessional and terrible customer service! The apartments always need maintenance and pest control and they always take forever for them to fix the maintenance issues, they don’t care about their tenants at all only thing they are concern with is your payments! The worst investment, lastly they raise rent every year without doing any improvements or anything!
You guys have a piss poor company . Your management is very UNPROFESSIONAL! Every day it’s something wrong and the maintenance works on their on time ! YOU GUYS NEVER WANT TO COME OUT & FIX NOTHING. It’s terrible everything about this company, the apartment EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE!
