Let me start off by saying I don't know why I'm paying HOA fees because any request of assistance gets redirected. With the exception of Danielle, dealing with this company has been horriffic. This HOA is a joke. We have had many people move from our community due to their issues. I have been a resident for 5 years and typically kept out of the constant bickering on the message boards and complaints about our community in ********. Our trash compactor is always broken or experiencing issues, trash literally piles up like a mountain. The improvements (if any) are minimal. Red Rock is horrible. Last year they sent me a "just a reminder"notice about my *** fee being late. I hadn't even been a resident a year. My payment wasn't due until 2018. This week, several residents including myself got "Just a reminder"letters about property violations. The picture of the home is NOT my house. Several of us are complaining and when you call their number the service is extremely unprofessional and rude!!
