Hello Ive left several messages for RR and received nothing in return. Our community Meadow hill looks like a big dumpster. No one has cleaned up leaves, trash etc. We pay dues to only learn no one is doing anything for our neighborhood. Please feel free to drive by and see for yourself. If any legal action can be taken please let us paying citizens know.

I have been going back and forward with this company and this is ridiculous. I received a notice about a missing shutter. I reached out to the *** and informed them that I was in the process of getting the violation taking care of and the women on the other end informed me that I would not be penalized because I gave them the month that a company that I hired to come fix the issue had given me. I have worked with many HOA Companies. They have one of the hardest jobs out there. Red Rock HOA Management is one of the most professional and easy to deal with. They have always been responsive and transparent.

Our HOA switched to Red Rock in November 2019. We have experienced much inconsistency since then, which has been very disappointing. Some factors were outside of their control, such as the death of a family member of our first property manager in January 2020. The next property manager decided to leave RR after about a year. Our current property manager will sometimes respond promptly and sometimes not. We also have some concerns with lack of access to current financials 4 months into a switch to a new portal. RED ROCK MANAGEMENT services is a misnomer in they have no clue as to how to manage the main asset in our community - a basic swimming pool. Of the 2 plus years servicing our community, the pool may have been operable for 1 month. Repeated complaints have little effect; only repeated excuses. Red Rock Management president Christopher B***** an Director Meg T******* are RACISTS, DISRESPECTFUL, an do not believe in EQUALITY for all in the community! And they are teaching the remaining staff to act and behavior in the same manner. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. They expect us to know these guidelines like we read it for fun. As one of the few homeowners in my community you would think they would speak to you as a human instead of reciting what is in their guideline books. Not once did they tell me that they were cracking down on violations until I had called them. Their customer service is subpar, they have no human emotions. We had our first HOA meeting with red rock on the 7th of January 2021 and were supposed to get important updates pertaining to our questions and concerns and have yet to get any sort of reply even after phone calls emails and messages through their "portal" I feel this is very unprofessional and not a good way to start a business relationship with a new community especially when we are paying tons of money for services, Other residents have also messaged with no reply in any form wouldn't recommend using this company as they... read more
