Our HOA switched to Red Rock in November 2019. We have experienced much inconsistency since then, which has been very disappointing. Some factors were outside of their control, such as the death of a family member of our first property manager in January 2020. The next property manager decided to leave RR after about a year. I've worked with Red Rock for several years. They've been great to work with and transparent with us.
RED ROCK MANAGEMENT services is a misnomer in they have no clue as to how to manage the main asset in our community - a basic swimming pool. Of the 2 plus years servicing our community, the pool may have been operable for 1 month. Repeated complaints have little effect; only repeated excuses. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. They expect us to know these guidelines like we read it for fun. As one of the few homeowners in my community you would think they would speak to you as a human instead of reciting what is in their guideline books. Not once did they tell me that they were cracking down on violations until I had called them. Their customer service is subpar, they have no human emotions. Let me start off by saying I don't know why I'm paying HOA fees because any request of assistance gets redirected. With the exception of Danielle, dealing with this company has been horriffic. This HOA is a joke. We have had many people move from our community due to their issues. I have been a resident for 5 years and typically kept out of the constant bickering on the message boards and complaints about our community in ********. Our trash compactor is always broken or experiencing issues, trash literally piles up like a mountain. The improvements (if any) are minimal. Red Rock is horrible. Last year they sent me a "just a reminder"notice about my *** fee being late. I hadn't even been a resident a year. My payment wasn't due until 2018. This week, several residents including myself got "Just a reminder"letters about property violations. The picture of the home is NOT my house.
