******** has been the property management/HOA enforcer for our community the past 8+ years. We have no Community Manager and when we do they leave within 60 days with no notification to the community. So emails and voice messages are going unattended. It's nice to finally have a management company that answers the phone! Our last HOA company never answered and today a young lady here answered the phone and helped me with my account and was nice.
Red Rock either does not care about customer service or is sorely understaffed. I have tried to speak with someone for over a month concerning two repairs at my home. Though the work orders say they have been completed, I cant get any receipts or evidence of the work that was done. I have emailed and called and emailed and called and all I get are automated responses or a response from **** who promises to connect me with my community manager. Red rock management company is the worst. We are on day 2 of them not shoveling or salting my buildings stairs and sidewalks. My 13 year old dog just slipped and fell down 16 steps. You cant contact them on the weekends unless you want to pay an emergency after hours fee. They also claim to have 24/7 support but again you have to pay an emergency after hours fee if you talk to an actual person. The sun does not melt our stairs and sidewalks cause where the building is positioned. Worst management company ever!!!
Rip off fees that I dont owe. No transparency, no customer service, cant receive an answer from the company. Had a horrible experience with a woman named *****. Went through ****, emailed ****. This is the worst HOA Harpers green has ever had! Judging on complaints, it looks like Im not the only one. If I could give 0 stars I would.
******** is a very unprofessional company. Do not trust them with your HOA business. Make sure you read your fine print on your contract. This company will shield themself from any liability that their have trained team causes. They have limited knowledge, and are a joke of a management team. I have tried to work with Red Rock to resolve several issues in our neighborhood from broken playground equipment to common area landscaping. It has been over two months since the work orders have been filed with no progress. Our community manager refuses to return calls but will occasionally respond to emails with no meaningful updates. They have become a company in the past year that will take payment but not provide required services.
Homebuyers beware! **************** took the words out of my mouth. This company will raise the rates every year simply b/c they can. And the community has nothing to show for the increases. Your community needs to have a legit cpa living in it to keep the books. This company will notoriously skim the top. ie over $3k to manage a 54 house community and we see a $700 postage/delivery charge?And evidently there is no way to fire RR. The only way to fire them is to sell your house and move, which is exactly what we will be doin... read more
