RecommendedWe go often because of the excellent beef and large menu. Never disappointed��
French onion soup needs to be taken off the menu - not edible. Service was good but first and last visit to Red Robin. Did not care for the hamburger I ordered either - a bit soggy!
As a Veteran and a 1st time customer I wasn't impressed with the service that I received. The waitress was not the best and we often had to attempt to get her attention to ask for items that we ordered that were either missing or needed to be replaced. I won't rush back for another "ok" burger!
Service was slow, they were out of 2 things my wife ordered. When we were sat, our table was still sticky. The menus were a mess and out dated. The new manager also refused to give us a military discount, even though we used to get that discount at that location many times in the past. We won't be back.
We have gone to this restaurant chain for years. It was the birthday spot for my three daughters. The kids requested well done burgers and the adults asked for medium well. When they all came back well done I said to our waitress that we asked for well done. She noted that my husband and my hamburger was well done and said well it's just the same except a little less done. We were disappointed by her response.
Our first time, and it was ok. The onion rings were great, but my undercooked patty did nothing for me. A fresh pattied burger would have been my preference instead of one, pattied at a factory by a machine. I did love the onion rings! Service was good.
The waitress was very professional and helpful , help me with the menu cause was my first time there ,food was good, love the onion tower , place look clean �
The commercials made the burgers look so good , they weren't. There was nothing special about the burgers,the fries are endless but how many can you eat to make a burger worth $13 ? I won't go back.Very dissatisfied.
Justine was our server on this very very busy Sunday had a great up lifting personality... fast and on top of all her tables.. Vikki was the manager on duty.. kept coming to table to check on us.. and others as well Best manager I seen in a long time great happy Sunday experience...
