RecommendedOur food was good and quickly brought out. The diet coke was really off tasting. She tried to get us from behind the bar, same thing. As a type 1 type my options are very limited. I kept mine and barely drank it. Wasn't feeling like water with my meal. That was our only issue.
We are regulars of Red Robin but yesterday was a disappointing experience. Apparently there is no wifi access. They were short staffed so there was no outdoor seating available, which is just weird since we live in Florida. The kiosks were not working due to their network being down so my son could not play any games. We had a great meal and our server was extremely personable and attentive. My granddaughters enjoyed their first visit to Red Robin.
This was my first time and it won't be my last. I loved it!!! The food was awesome and service was great.
Our burgers were over cooked and the place was Dirty. We were not happy with our experience. We were there for a Birthday and will not go back for a long time.
Will not go back. Service was friendly but kept forgetting items. Got the,drinks wrong twice. Food was not all that good. Had the new smoky Jack burger. Did not think it was worth the money. We drove 2 hours only to be disappointed.
