Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Do not sit in the bar area for dining. While the bar tender, our server, was very kind and considerate she was unable to give us the best service with the bar being so crowded. We waited for everything. And in the process our burgers got cold. This is the exception because the usual is great food great service.
Service at bar was bad. Never asked if we needed refills, sent burger back because it was burnt. Not over done, black burnt. Lack of caring for customer. Not sure I’ll return. This is 3rd bad experience with this chain. Manager needs to read these reviews!
We were excited to go. The burgers were extremely dry (we ordered them pink) but as dry as they were it was EXTREMELY greasy. The bread just fell apart. It was more of a Nuisance when I asked for extra napkins or more bottomless salad since the burgers were nasty and you get a side so small you can eat it in two bites. My non picky 8 year old didn’t like it either, she did enjoy her root beer.
The food was great. It was very busy due to free teachers day, but they handled it well.

They advertised teacher day for weeks and when we show up at 7:00, they said it would be a 2.5 hour waited because of “server scheduling issues”. Really? You didn’t plan for this. And when I looked around,I saw plenty of tables. Shame on you. You have lost my business.
To your employee working the To Go right now, you should tone down your unpleasant attitude and put at least a half smile on your face! Red Robin is not the only place to get food right now at the mall and thanks to your attitude we went elsewhere!
