BEWARE 10%surcharge added to your take out order to “ assist with their free delivery policy” I consider any burger over $12 to be on the pricy side, but the Bonzai Burger is my favorite burger here in Brandon. When I noticed the excess taxes and FEES on the bill, I thought I had incorrectly chosen delivery, but they had tacked on 10% to my pick up order to assist with their advertised free deliveries. Oh heck NO!!!!!!

Every time we visit Red Robin the service is horrible. Last night waited 20 mins for refills on drinks & fries! Will not be returning!
Brandon location has the best staff. excellent service ever time we go. Our favorite server, Anastasia is the best.
