Didn't have to wait but 10 minutes. Burgers and fries were hot and very good. Alexa was our server and she was very good to us. Enjoyed our Saturday evening out.
Food took forever and it was cold. It took forever to place order & even longer to receive food. Yet to go orders were coming out left and right.
Worst experience I ever had... Need better waitresses.
They took my favorite burger off the menu, patty melt!
Just horrible, my burger was dry, my bun was dry and everything along with it was tasteless... I will never be going back. You can cook better burgers and fries at home lol

Burgers are just as good at Steak n Shake" I had to come back and edit this post to let everyone know that after all this. This restaurant actually stole a $10 tip from us. I changed my rating from a 3 to a 1. You can go to this restaurant at your own risk. Honestly
Food was good but it takes forever to get your food. It seems that they need help in the kitchen. If they fix tihat it will be a great place to go.
