Lackluster... Very disappointed in the service in the bar area. Guy in the bar area was too busy listening to a customer talk about Pokémon Go & the woman was barely in the bar area. Poorly timed food. Received our Poutine fries after a long wait & no more than 5 mins later, we received our food, didn't finish most of the app due to this issue. Drink refills were very hard to come by as well. I do not recommend this location. Willing to give a second chance only if meal is discounted/comp'd.

Best experience ever! Had one little problem with my burger and they fixed it with no problems and then got us a free desert � didn't complain and still the manager came over and checked on us! All 4 of our meals were amazing �� we will be back next time we are in town
First time here, had the mushroom turkey sandwich. It was excellent. They gave a generous serving of mushrooms. Food was nice and hot and did not take a long time coming to our table. And did I say bottomless salad?? Oh my, all of my favorites. Server was so friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere here in Brandon Town Center. Will be coming back!
The burgers are delicious and they will make you fat. Eat them with caution and have a bed nearby to lie down.
The food is tasty, but the service is trash. It's often very slow and they don't honor posted deals.
I have been going to Red Robin since 1998 I have never had a bad meal love there burgers thanks for your service for 18 years
Not really my kind of place...Upscale Burger joint...to pricey for me..
