The burgers are dry and plain. The waiter didn't write down what we wanted and forgot things we asked for. I asked for a beer and went thirsty. This location sucked @$$!!
The worst seating management in the world... told 30-40 minutes. It has been an hour and 15 minutes and still waiting. Never eating at this restaurant again.
My mom wanted to try this restaurant with her grandkids for her birthday. After being told 30-45 minute wait we did not get seated for and hour and a half. Then waited over 30 minutes for our drinks. My dad tries to speak to the manager Ricardo and he immediately starts blaming the waiter and cutting my dad off as soon as he starts to talk. Horrible customer service by a manager.
My first and last time. Really disliked the burger and I voiced that. What really turned me off was, I was not offered other options from either server or manager. Left there hungry! Won't go back!

The store was super busy so it took a while to get served but other then that it was great. I was especially impressed with red Robins meatball lollipops (meatballs on breadsticks) for dipping in marinara sauce on the kids menu. What a wonderful idea for keeping kid's interested in eatting their meal!!! Hope you think of some more get menu ideas I can still for at home. :-)
Best burgers and onion rings ever. Service is friendly too.
When we arrived there was a 30 minute wait. We decided to wait with the masses. My mother in law started to feel a little weak from low blood sugar. Brenda, the hostess, was so sweet and accommodating bringing us a basket of fries and a glass of water. Thank you for the fabulous and caring customer service!
