Food was horrible, paper in our food, table behind us has issues with their food. The poor server was running about 10 table. Kuddos to her.
We Love Red Robin.. this is 2nd time visiting this one the service is wonderful the food is awesome good clean resturant
Well, the place didn't smell clean. Smelled like a soured dish rag. However, our service was decent. Food was average for a chain restaurant. First time was much better than this time at this new Cool Springs location. 4 month span. It's RedRobin, can't expect consistency, been to too many across the country.
Poor service.Had to wait over an hour for our food.Waitress said they dropped my wifes food on the floor,least they were honest.Annoying though when you get there before another table gets to there table and they order and be gone before you get your food much later.Also they didnt even get our order right,we didnt want to wait and just dealt with it.Wont ever go back.
