I was not happy with this Red Robin’s. The place was nasty and there waiters and waitress was to busy talking and chasing each other to wait on customers. When we finally got to order and got out food I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries....there was no bacon on the burger and the fries was hard and cold. I finally got the waitress back over and told her about the burger and fries she brought me out bacon that was hard and cold and fries the same way. After that I gave up and left. I was not impressed with this location. I’ve worked for Red Robin before so I’m aware of how things are done. Waiting 10 mins for an appetizer I ordered on the ziosk was not something I was happy about, nor seemed to bother our server. When my son’s food came out, the fries did not appear to be done. The server was not the friendliest since I only wanted the appetizer and did not order an entree.
