took an hour for cold food tp arrive . good experiences in the past.
the whole place. we went there saturday night and an hour and a half after we ordered we got our cold, soggy, disgusting food. all the manager had to say was sorry and he compt the whole disgusting meal. he acted as if it was just normal business everyday. i and a few of us tried to eat a bit of it and i still can't stay out of the bathroom. #disgustingredrobin40 highway

We had a party of 10(4 adults/6 kids) and Isabella, our server did a fantastic job. We didn't have to ask or wait for anything.
My husband and I had an excellent dining experience tonight at the Independence, MO Red Robin. It was a very busy night, and we had been waiting a long time for our food. However, the server (Akeyrah) and the manager (Robbie) were on top of it. Robbie took care of our entire meal, gave us a gift card, and both he and Akeyrah apologized multiple times, even though they were both doing an incredible job and working so hard. Thank you so much to both Akeyrah and Robbie for exemplary customer service!!
