We visited Red Robin in Independence today and was sadly disappointed. It was 3pm in the afternoon, and we waited 30 min for a table. As we walked to our table, half of the tables were empty, and some of those had not been cleaned off. So we assumed they were low staffed. We sat for 15 min at our table with no staff interaction. Then we noticed a table of 11 that got sat after us were getting handed their drinks. So after 45 min, we left and will not be returning. Anyone got Red Robin yesterday for the free teacher thing and feel like crap today? I sure do and so does a few more of my coworkers....I'm pretty sure they didn't cook our hamburgers all the way due to them being so packed!

Horrible service. Still sitting here waiting for my food 45 minutes later still no food.
RecommendedWe were seated when we went in, service was very good, friendly waitress, very good food, loved the fries and sauce. Recommend to all.
We were with a group (15) and had good food and good service. Considering that we arrived at 5:00 and all were there and ready to be seated at 5:30, it was a good time.
Black and blue burger was delicious, plus free kids meals on mondays
