Our waitress was awful we complained about our soft drinks that were flat and our waitress never offered to refill our fries at all and they were not busy she was super slow
Worst service Sunday! Check in for a table and they completely forgot about us despite the hostess repeatedly making eye contact with a few people in our group of 6. Waitress was rude, slow and continously forgetting things we asked for. It was so loud in there too, was difficult to have a conversation.
Food was great!! Our waitress was the best. Monica great job. She was one of the best we have ever had. She was on top of it from when we sat down until we left. Smiling, very helpful, and had a nice personality. She is a keeper and I will request her next time I am there.
At Red Robin now and was just told they will NO longer carry BOCA burgers 😭 Call and complain. Complain on their social media sites. Btw Their veggie patties have cheese still. Errrrr so mad! And hungry. I'm literally in tears .... not really, but almost!!!!!
Great experience. I ordered and appetizer but didn't get it. My meal came out and I asked about it. I told them I didn't want it now, as I had my meal now. The served talked with the manager and they didn't charge me for my meal, even though I protested. Not all resturants would have done that.
