I recommend the Root Beer Floats
The management here is ridiculous. They have NO respect for their employees.... they don’t ALLOW bartenders to take even 1 day off out of the year. It’s not allowed. When there’s issues with food or service they could care less. Food is always cold. New management would probably do the trick for all their problems 🤷🏼♀️
Took about 5 min for someone to greet us when there was no one else waiting. Our server brought refills but never took the old glasses leaving them to collect. He also left the appetizer plate there after I had put some trash on it showing we were done with it. Usually it is better, but we hadn’t been in a while, so hopefully it’s not a new norm.
Great food excellent service endless fries are the bomb!
I went to the one in independence yesterday and my food came out cold and my onion rings tasted like fish.i was very disappointed because that is one of my favorite places to eat at.
I give Red Robin in independence. 1.......Did not enjoy the burger I had. Plus came with no onion...probably won’t be back for a long while
