Went there for first time when family in town. Fell in love with a great burger and endless fries.
Went to lunch Saturday 9/30 with husband. Waiter was Daniel. Good service, used debit card to pay and left cash tip! HOWEVER, looked at statement and discovered we were charged an ADDITIONAL TIP!! Called to speak with manager (Jeffrey); told me he was busy and I'd have to call back later. Never going back there again! How dare they...!!!!!

Served us 3 burnt burgers. And a watered down freckled lemonade. I guess don't show up 45 minutes before closing
Parents let their unruly children do what ever they want. It was worse than Chucky Cheese on Saturday night. My wife and I couldn't talk to each other. We had to shout to be heard, that how bad it was. When and if we go back. I will check the dinning room to see how the spoils brats are behaving. As for the quality of the food and service. It was good.
when I want a great Burger, is Just no other place. Red Robin is my favorite place to go. those fries, with camp fire sauce, are yummy.
We request our waitress everytime we go in there. Hailey ALWAYS takes good care of us, we never go without drinks or fries...when we have gotten other waitors/ waitresses because Hailey isn't there....its not the same. Hailey is very attentive and very sweet..
