The food was great, getting it was another thing! But what made our stomach turn was how dirty the place was. Trust me, the women's bathroom needs to be power washed! The doors don't shut and were disgusting! Trash everywhere and the floors looked like, they have never been wiped down, let alone the sinks! But, there was always 3 people up front, to sit you. One, on her phone, another playing with her nose, one on a tablet! We received our drinks when the bill came, crazy!

Not good as far as overall service and even just observing the tables around us was not good. Tables were not cleared. At all. All around us. Old trash and food on several surrounding tables. While we’re waiting to eat, tables all around us are sitting with filthy old food. Yuck. She didn’t even clear our appetizer remnants while we waited for our meal. the burning love berger is the best
If you're looking to enjoy a meal here you better call ahead and make sure they don't have too many togo orders before you get there. Apparently all the orders show up on the same screen so when we showed up for lunch we were told that our order would take at least 45 minutes. When asked if we could at least order appetizers while we wait we were told that we would be better off just ordering burgers and skipping at the appetizers. It’s very good. The food is good and so was the service.
We went to Red Robin in Independence for the first time since it reopened. I was very disappointed with the cleaning and disinfecting of the tables. I assumed, and incorrectly, that they would be taking extra care to ensure everything was disinfected to keep everyone safe. Instead, I noticed that they barely cleaned the tabletops. They were using a disinfecting spray. But, they never cleaned the benches or chairs. In addition, they never swept up the food and other stuff dropped under the tables.
