Food was great servers don't look was don't it was under 20 minutes of waiting which was good for us

We went to dinner and the hostess greeted us by saying They were out of burgers and steak fries
The food was great but the service was horrible. Long wait for the food. Bartender was also taking oders for food. She was too busy to do both. Waited long time for both soda and fry refills.
Food was great as always and so was our server Roy!
We frequent this location very often. (at least 3x+/month) Out of over 50 visits we've had here, I've only had about 2 bad experiences. I feel the staff is very wonderful, the food is delicious. Sometimes it takes longer than usual for food or service, but I understand when it does because of the volume of guests. They seem to do a great job of working in fast paced, busy times.
