Went in resteraunt was 3/4 empty, hostess left to check on a table for 3,about 5 minutes went by she never returned another couple came in and were immediately shown to a booth, waited around another few minutes for hostess, then just decided the whole service would be the same way.....so we took our business elsewhere
They're not as good as they used to be. Had to wait over 15 minutes just for the check. We were by the patio, a server accidentally dropped some trash and salt by the door. Everyone kept walking past it, a manager cleaned it up after almost an hour. The burgers don't taste like restaurant style anymore, more like frozen, you make at home. We took my family out for my son's birthday. He enjoyed it, that counts!
We arrived around 4:30 on a Monday afternoon. The young man who greeted us was unable to seat us. We were told to wait for the hostess she finally showed up. We wanted the patio and were taken outside. The entire area was filthy it needed to be swept and the tables and chairs cleaned up and straightened! The waitress was great but the environment unappetizing. Which matched the food!
Pretty tasty burger, not a big fan of steak fries tho...Although not my favorite spot my daughter loves the food..Didn't experience any major or minor issues... I would consider dining here again.
I ordered online and got a burger with a lettuce bun... this thing is horrible. Its not ecen wrapped in lettuce and the foil isn't even wrapped around it. Someone just threw it together and couldn't care less.
