They were out of kids menus, and out of tortilla chips which we werent told until after we tried to order them. Service was ok but the pretzel bites were COVERED in grease. Sent them back and the next ones were still completely wet. I ended up draining them on napkins. I got the wrong dipping sauce with my burger. My friends burger wasn't even hot and neither were the fries. Never had such a bad experience here. Start to finish.
Awesome burgers and endless fries got the prime rib dip awesome.
I love this place. Food is good shakes are the bomb prices are fair and the overall atmosphere is pretty good. Service isn't bad at all and this is the only place I visit for my birthday celebrations. Thank you
I tried the new salmon last night. It was very good. My husband had his usual plain burger, and everything was made the way he asked. The only small problem we had was the onion rings we ordered as an appetizer were a little overdone. The waitress offered to get us new ones but we declined because I like them crunchy. The manager checked with us about them, and we told him it was ok. He took half off of the price of them, even though we said it was ok. Service was outstanding.
We went there this past Sunday afternoon. To start off on the wrong foot, I told them when I gave my name that I wanted to sit as far from the bar as possible. So, they say me right NEXT to the bar stating that that is all that was open, though I saw other tables farther away open. Then, the service was super slow, even though the place was not packed. They forgot my grandsons fries, & I find out that the waiter/waitress can't keep the tips given for themselves. They have to decide the tips with the rest of the waiter/waitre... read more
