Me and my wife always sit in the bar area and the staff is so friendly and the food is awesome.
My husband and I are here yesterday. It was not busy yet we were waited on by the bartender instead of a server and she was very rushed and busy trying to clean and do everything else besides wait on us.
Disappointed in Red Robin in Willoughby, Ohio. Service was extremely slow. My burger was cold. Even the bar area was loud, making it hard to talk to the person sitting in front of me. Tables are so close that I feel like I am practically having dinner with strangers.
