Consistent! The best thing about Red Robin is their consistency. The food is always good, service is ok. Great for kids...the Robin comes on Tues/Thurs and take a digital picture with your kids and the kids get it for free!! Kids Meals are a little pricey, but it does include a drink and unlimited fries for the hungry little ones. Burgers are great, I like the fries the best!

The restrooms are absolutely filthy disgusting. Not only is that unacceptable during normal life but while we have opened back up during Covid-19 I feel like its worse. Also- how do you run out of ketchup and not tell the customers at a burger and fry joint? You let us order bottomless fries and don't say there is no ketchup? send someone to the store!!!! unbelievable! Someone needs to get that place in check!

North Olmsted location not handicap friendly . Wasn’t willing to open a lower table for someone that can’t walk up stairs . Yet was going to sit us right by people in the next booth up the stairs. So much for “ social distancing”. They also have the door closest to most of the handicap parking locked.
Just always the best burger.
Soup cold, fries hard and burgers overdone!
Overall great. From the time we arrive to the time we left, our server was excellent And so was the food.
