Excellent speedy service! Delicious food and clean atmosphere! Although I did see a hostess drops menu on the floor and the put it on table for the customer! Floor to table was not very sanitary. But over great place.
Ate early on the way home from an appointment. Got right in, service was great, food was excellent, and the freckled lemonade made me forget I couldn't have a beer with my burger because I was driving. Asked for a second helping of bottomless steak fries and got a good sized portion quickly. All in all one of my favorite places to get a big juicy burger.
The Best! Gluten Free buns & bottomless sweet potato fries!!
Waited 45 minutes for our meal...one of the managers was offended because of the issue.
Burgers were definitely above average, and only surpassed by our service provided by our server Joe.
Well where do I begin...we walk in the restaurant and the hostess and the hostess stand is hacking and coughing but she was ok. We should have left then because she didn't sound well. Then we get seated at a table that is in a high traffic area to where everyone walks by and the wait staff have to hold their tray over my head when they squeeze by. Tje service was terrible. We had to wait almost 45 minutes to get our food. The never offered to refill our drinks. The waitress didn't seem to care . This is sad because we have never had bad service before. Must be new management.
Let's see....last night was not a great experience. Sat at the bar to eat and have a drink and the waitress behind the bar broke a glass and a piece of the glass landed right next to my plate. I picked it up and said to her here is a piece of your glass...she came and got it from me but said nothing to me. Not I'm sorry....nothing! Never had a bad experience until now and I feel that was pretty bad!
