you have to try the Doh Ring!! THEY ARE SO DELICIOUS!! we had to ask for TWO full orders!! the are so good!!
Good burgers and milk shake. Service is great. That would be perfect if the french baguette is add on the menu.
Food was great! 4 cheese melt huge! Service was a bit disappointing. When we came in the hostess was going to seat us at the end of a long booth with little individual tables where there were other people. The restaurant was not crowded, so I was curious why they wanted to cram everyone in there. I asked if we could sit in the bar. Service was a bit slow as it looked like there weren't many people working.
I love Red Robin and go there all the time.. BUT the Washington Square location is iffy...not 100% most of the time. I mostly go to other locations because of this. Mediocre service and very unhappy looking servers
Staff was courteous, plesant and very helpful. Enjoyed myself.
We had a nice meal. However, having just come from the Apple Store at Washington Square Mall, I spent the better portion of my time there activating my new Apple Watch only to leave the packaging and box with the charger and additional watch band on the table when we left. Not realizing this until we got home two hours later, we called the restaurant and were told no such package had been turned in. So it was either thrown away or pocketed by someone. Our server,Elias is wonderful! The food was great as usual! However the manners of the Hostess and a couple of waitresses were lacking. My mother is in a wheelchair and I have a hard time getting through the doors in my own. Three young ladies were at the podium and not one offered to help us through the door. I called the manager on duty and complained and she was very apologetic and I appreciate that. Hopefully there will be better service at the door next time we visit.
Chicken sandwich was all bun and no chicken, was cold, with limp lettuce, no taste at all, very mediocre, bartender was polite but not attentive, not going back
I frequent red robin a lot. However, the last few times I've been in, the service hasn't been that great. This evening, my son and I go in to have dinner about 640, there are about 10 parties waiting to be seated, and an entire section of tables empty. So we wait a good 15 minutes to be seated. The same section of empty tables remained empty during our visit. When we left, there were still people waiting to be seated. Our food tonight wasn't hot, it was warm at best.
