Fantastic burger and fabulous service. Everyone is so helpful.
I don't think their burgers are that bad, nor are they that amazing. I've tried here a couple times different burgers, but I never have the appetite to finish it. I could almost compare it to fast food burgers. If I want a guaranteed good burger I would go to Thirsty Lion and Pub. They have AMAZING burgers.
40 minutes without food and then they get it wrong! !!! And no offers of compensation. They're not even busy. Tons of un-bussed tables when I walked in should have been a clue. I'll not be back.
I just left. Sat at the table with my party of four for 10-15 minutes all we got were rude looks, multiple servers looked at us annoyed as if we were not their problem. The restaraunt was not busy. We were not brought water or anything. The only person who acknowledged us was the hostess the first time we came in, she then proceeded to ignore us the other times she passed. I go to Red Robin a lot especially on Tuesday for the tavern double deal. I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this store.
Really Red Robin? You put those little tablets on the table to order and pay with games to play while you wait and then charge two dollars to use them? Ridiculous! And I was charged without even playing a game, just looking to see what was on there.
I ordered the Avo-Cobb-O salad but was told the hard boiled egg would be substituted with cucumber. I understand that there is an egg shortage but am very disappointed that this chain won't spend the extra money to make their dishes correctly.
Our waiter tony at the Washington square location gave horrible customer service. He rolled his eyes whenever we talked and he seemed like he did not want us in his section. Plus the knives had rust on them!
Love this place
They dont know the meaning of a dirty bird. I thought that all Red Robin where dirty birds.
