We eat here on occasion since we live so close. Food is always good and the customer service is great! Tonight we took my 13 year old for his birthday dinner and my 14 month old threw up all over me and in my French Onion soup. I waited with the baby in the car for everyone to finish. My husband came out with Fresh soup to go they had replaced after finding out what happened! Way to make a mom feel loved. ���
We are frequent eaters at Red Robin and its one of my favorites places to go. Came in to celebrate my birthday and get my free birthday burger. Upon receiving my burger— fries were cold, burger was overly greasy. Server could care less that it was my birthday. She never offered to sing HB (as they almost always do) nor give the free mini icecream. Also never offered a refill on our fries (my husband was a paying customer). Very disappointed with the food and service at this location.
The place, and the food are nothing short of fantastic.However, our waitress... Was even BETTER. She was the best.
Don't ever go on a Saturday evening. I knew it would be mess but I didn't expect our server to not realize we were in his section for 20 minutes. I had to ask him if he could find our server. He came back like oooh my bad that's me. Based on that I asked our drinks be comped. He kinda acted offended and I said we did have to wait here and you saw us and never checked to see if we were in your section. Food was ok as usual. Not great, basic white middle class establishment
Love it. It's one of our favorite places to go when we want good food.
The worst Red Robin out there. My family loves Red Robin, but after our latest debacle, I will never eat there again.
