RecommendedFast service. Server was pleasant and attentive.
Terrible staff, asked to speak to manger and nothing. Apps and mains came out together, and they were cold. Our waitress never brought us water nor checked on us. The hostess was the only saving grace. She brought us water, refilled them and checked on us. Again asked to speak to the manager and they never came to our table. I will never frequent this location again.

we waited at least 20+ minutes after being seated just to get fries then another several minutes for our meals and this was after waiting 10 minutes to be seated. We were rarely checked on, food was sloppy(soggy buns) when it got to us and refills took forever. I’ve been to Red Robin many times and loved it but this location is a joke. Recommendedgreat burgers, lots of choices
It is not like it used to be. My blt was cold they didn't even toast the bread. The bacon had that taste you get when you get a small piece of mold and it was overwhelming! My chili was like eating a bowl with some beans with a scoop of meat a scoop of cheese and a scoop of onion. Enough lettuce on my sandwich to make a salad. It was just awful. My company I was with was the best part.
