Not sure what happened to this place. They renovated and I'm not a fan. It seems darker and louder. Food wasn't on point either. My sister said the fish & chips weren't the same and our burgers weren't that fresh. The bun seemed a little stale.
They told us in the beginning 30 minutes to be seated and we were a party of 7. Here we are 50 minutes waiting and bigger groups have came after us and have been seated before us. Waiter took more than 20 minutes before taking our order and another 20 to bring our drinks. Food was very messy and falling apart. Bad customer service. Dry burgers and to sweet margaritas I won't be back
We went as a party of five and had fantastic service from Kaitlyn. She got everything correct on the order, very friendly and checked back on us often for refills. Great work Kaitlyn!
Have a new love for this place especially that BBQ dipping sauce they have it's soo good and I love their onion rings. Service is slow and some waitresses are rude.
Went there after braving the mall. Went to have a beer and lunch however the bar tender was way to much of a snob to even hear or look at the document I had proving that I was 30 and the reason the DMV won't issue me a hard copy yet is due to a pending application, pissed me off so my business was taken elsewhere. Red Robbin may want to invest a lot more into customer service than relying on the name to bring in future customers. Never going back again. Won't recommend them to anyone either.
