Great servers, great food. But when a customer complains, they shouldn't be treated like a liar. Sad...because I was such a frequent visitor too. Might be a while before I return.

Horrible service and horrible food. The chicken was still pink and out of 8 kids only 1 kids meal was correct. The manager could careless when the problems were brought to his attention.
I went in last night with my family of 5 and instead of them seating us at one of the many tables they had available, they made us stand there and wait for one dirty one to be cleaned. So we left. That was senseless and a loss for them. I won't be going back, ever! That was the worse customer service experience I've had all month. Reminded me of the way Denny's used to treat their African American customers.

Very good places nd nice people nd good food. Very clean
The management is almost as bad as the food they served us. The burgers were under cooked. I didn't know bright pink meat was acceptable to serve to people. Not only that there was a long brown HAIR in my food. I called to let the manager know what was going on. The manager TINO here in Bakersfield, CA was arrogantly rude. They wouldn't refund my daughter her money. Mind you our order was $31. I don't plan on spending any more money at this establishment.
Love it!! Have one back home in New Hampshire, and this is my first time coming here with family during a visit, love the service, very positive, the salad I had Avacado Cobb, awesome, had it twice, so good the first time came back a second time. ....I manage a restaurant back home...so I know how important positive feedback is.....DELICIOUS! !!!
