We had the most amazing waiter in the bar..2 thumbs up��
The drinks where the bomb I had three long island ice teas plus the food was great
I've had a very pleasant experience at Red Robin here in Bakersfield. It's my new go to burger place. Our waiter was great 👍🏼. Try the French fries with thousand island, cheese and bacon.
Went it in with a friend after watching a movie which ended at 8 pm. We were seated and waited for 45 minutes. Nobody checked on us, nobody offered us water, we were never seen by a waitress. We called a server and were ignored. So after waiting for 45 minutes we left.
Horribly slow service. Didn't get correct order. Not planning on returning
First time with my grandsons. They love the chalkboards that were available while we waited to be seated. Which actually wasn't all of 10 mins. It was a busy time of the day and not to mention a Saturday. Food was great, service was terrific and loved the table top kiosk. Full variety of games and pay option .....♡♡♡ Red Robins
Poor customer service of all the time . We have come here for three time and the last two the waiter has been so rude !!! He refill on my drink looks so nasty that we just didn't touched it again .. nasty burgers for a high price !!!!
