Bottom less fries my ass, I've never been refilled on my fries cause kitchens to slow
Worst service ever, food cold, got a salad like 30 min after we order, the guy bringing our drinks drop a drink by me, I moved quickly so it didn't get to me. We over heard the waitress that helped us saying why they sat us on that table. Regret coming to eat over here

I tried 5 separate times tonight to call in am order for pick up (they gave me a 20% discount and I wanted to use it). However, all 5 times I was left listening to a phone ringing without anyone picking up to answer. All 5 times. What the hell?? Get your shit together Red Robin.
