My experience was good. Very attentive waitress, didn't have to wait long .
Was some awesome food and service. Everyone's food came out at the same time. Never had to ask for refills on drinks or fries. Will definitely be going back
Usually Red Robin is very good. One of our favorites. We've been going there for years. But lately, the last 4 or 5 times, it's been mediocre at best. Very disappointing. The burgers were just adequate and the fries cold and rubbery. The service this last time was bad. Waiter took our order then came back and took it again about 10 minutes later because he forgot what we ordered. He checked on the 2 tables before us then skipped us. We had to flag him down twice for drink refills. Ugh
Either they are short staffed or the workers don't care. I had to keep calling our waitress back to our table because we needed refills on fries, refills on my children's sides, and refills on drinks. When I couldn't find our waitress I kindly asked the hostess if she could get me a refill on my drink and she said yes but did nothing. She just ignored my request. Lunch yesterday was better than r last visit. R fries were actually fresh & Hot unlike the last time. But over all its not like it use to be.
