Awesome food and portions. But unfotunately for the Yuba City location, the service isn't an equal partner. Horrible, horrible and seemed to get worse every time we ate there. Haven't been back to this location for over six months.
This place used to be my go to place until tonight. The service sucks! We waited over an hour for our hard, soggy, cold food to come out. It was obvious that it had been sitting out forever yet nobody brought it to is. A couple that arrived later than us got seated, served and were out the door and we waited another 30 minutes after they left to get our food. The waitress started out super friendly then quickly forgot about us. Never got a drink refill when our cups sat empty. Very disappointing, I will never go back!!
Red robin here is falling apart. We don't go ever now. Service sucks. If you don't have the right clientele then clean house already
Service gets slower and slower. They seated us in the bar and we waited for 10 minutes and no one came to our table at all... We got up and are at AppleBees.. Seated, drinks and our order taken in less than 4 minutes!
This place SUCKS! The service is absolutely awful. We waited ten minutes to be seated with two kids, ok I can understand that. We were seated for TWENTY minutes with hungry children without a server anywhere to even take drink orders!!!!! We left!!!!Would have given Zero stars if that was an option!!!! Will spread he word to avoid this dive like the plague!
Service was great!! Very friendly staff. Looking forward to my next trip
