Food was so fresh and yummy. The waitress was so sweet, and she got everyone's orders right and there were 10 of us. I really like this restaurant.
First time I had eaten here. And the food was delicious and amazing service. Wonderful experience for me. I will definitely be telling my friends about it
Great food, great service. Atmosphere is good. I enjoy it every time I eat lunch or dinner at Red Robin.
The service is lacking badly here. That's why I haven't returned. I had spoken to a manager regarding my experience, agreed to come back and try again but saw no improvement. I posted this review 3 months ago in October 2015. I came back last week January 2016 and STILL no improvement. We sat for over 10 minutes before a server came to get our drink order. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to to leave a comment, worst Red Robins Restraunt I've ever been! There bottomless fri's are 8 fri's in a tin cup! Now there policy is no bottomless fri's start until after your food is served!! Crap service and worse management!!
