Very nice hostess but server not as much. Server got order wrong, forgot my side of dressing after I asked twice, fries were cold, meat was undercooked, they skimped on veggies, portions were small. Kids loved their food but we won't be going back anytime soon.

Great experience!! Food was great, servers were all very friendly, from the front door greeter to when we were done and leaving! Great job Red Robin!
Worst service Ever! I'm so pissed! We waited an Hour for our food... For the server to say there was an issue and our order was tripped up and she place another order for us! What BS! What the Hell is tripped up? Had somewhere to be so we had to leave with 4 hangry kids!!!
We go once in awhile. Food is a hit and miss. My granddaughters fries were like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. My salad lettuce was so wet it was soggy. Disappointed.
The food was alright but short bro mcdoucherson at the bar area was too busy yelling about basketball instead of checking on tables so we didnt get one refill on our 'bottomless' fries. Oh well
