we pre ordered by phone showed up past the time expected they didn't have food ready and the lady was extremely rude was the worst food and it was our first time their I never do these reviews but this was Beyond Awful the burger was Slimy lettuce was Black tomatoes tasted like mold never Again.....

Long time customer (19 years). But I won’t go back! Food and service has gotten consistently bad! Cold food served twice and the manager acted like I was crazy! Not just my food but our whole party of 5!
Only reason I come to Red Robin in Yuba City is because my wife loves this place, every time I go there the service is horrible worst place in yuba shutter to eat. The burgers are ok, it’s the people who work there that make the experience horrible

I went in for my birthday burger. I got Siracha tavern burger, I love them, but this one was dry tasteless and had a stale bun. Terrible waiter, tried to get me to let him get more sauce. He never came back to see if we wanted more fries. Had to flag another waitress for hot sauce. Worst food and service ever. Won't be returning any time soon.
