Red Robin on 3385 W Shaw ave Fresno California 93711 Horrible experience today 7/3/15. Long wait to get seated, not much of a greeting, took about 45 minutes to get order of kids chicken strips, kids cheeseburger and Bleu Ribbon burger that not only taste horrible ( usually my favorite) but was not close to cold. Oh yeah and the best part the waitress told me sorry no plates available for appetizers due to not having any clean (WOW!). Get it together.

Why is it every time we come here the service is SO BAD??? .... No one ever fixes it... People still keep going. This is our last visit!! EVER!! Really ... 20 minutes for a soda??? No thanks. There are other burger places that are much better and have better service.
I used to love red robin for its garlic fries. Went tonight and garlic fries as we know them are ruined forever. Used to be fresh garlic and butter, now just garlic salt. Very disappointing. I can sprinkle garlic salt on fries from mcdonalds. Shame on red robin for changing a plus into a big fat negative.
It's extremely frustrating that Red Robin runs commercials about unlimited fries and then, upon getting a seat, we order and ask for a basket of fries to snack on while we wait for our food. Time and time again, fries don't come before our meal. The one time they did arrive before our food, the fries were already cold. The service is lousy and the food mediocre at best.
