Our burgers were rare, my daughter's apples were moldy, and they delivered the wrong food to my mom.
Fraudulent Charges after going here. Went there for lunch on 10/5/15. Paid with my debit card, left and went back to work. I ended up getting a fraudulent charge on my card at the Target located right next door @ 3:19th the same day (while I was at work). Will never let a server walk away with my card again.
Awful experience last night! It took over an hour to get our food! The server just kept saying that's how it is on Fridays when we asked why our food took so long. Zero apologies, she just kept repeating that's how it is and ticket times are 30 minutes even though our ticket time was about an hour and 15 minutes:( We had to flag down another server because my sisters wrap was cold and gross with dry old chicken. Red Robins has good service, and food, for being the busiest location in Fresno County, I'd say they do excellent.
I am a vegetarian which you guys have options for that but I am telling you that you need to learn how to cook the boco burgers because you really destroy them. In fact the last 2 times we have been there we have left saying we aren't going back. Really disappointed!! We have been coming to this Red Robins for many years and this past year you guys have gone down hill.
