VERY SLOW SERVICE!!! How long could it possibly take to cook our food? We had to wait at least 1/2 hour to 45 for our food to come after ordering.
The waiter was nice. But the burgers were the worst I've ever seen. The fries were good. At least I didn't leave hungry.
Service sucked and my grandson didn't get his endless fries. Good thing we are taking our grandkids to Micky's Yogurt for desert after enjoying Candy Lane Christmas Lights
A Sunday evening visit for dinner with four adults in our party. We were seated very quickly. It took a while for someone to come take our drink order, so we just ordered our entire meal when she came to ask us if we would like to order our drinks. Drinks and appetizer came fairly quickly. I love eating at Red Robin! The establishment is always clean and the food is always delicious! I've never had a problem with the service or anything there for that matter except getting seated promptly occasionally. Sometimes when you go Friday or Saturday nights it takes awhile to get seated soon but that's understandable because it's the weekend. My favorites are the burgers, fries, milkshakes, strawberry lemonaid, and regular clucks and buffalo clucks.
