The burgers were definitely subpar. You're paying for ambience which in today's world with competition neighboring you within 500 feet is not good enough. The server was good. Attentive. Quite frankly not worth the inflated cost of food for a sit down meal. Not sure if this is franchised or corporately owned. Either way I haven't been to a Red Robin in about 15 years and I will not be visiting for another decade and a half. I can see why it is not a part of my families restaurant roledex.
My Experience at one of the red Robin locations on Friday night was awful, and frankly disgusting, It took us about 20 minutes to be seated (which is normal, it was a Friday night after all) and we got sat at a row with only two booths, there was a family behind us with two kids. We decided what to order for appetizers, and eventually for dinner in the 15 minutes it took our waitress to come to our table to take our drink order. Had a GREAT time watching GIANTS LOSE (at Home no less) to CUBBIES for my cuz's birthday!! Boy where those giant fans loud & cocky when they went up 1 run let alone 3!! Needless to say my ROYAL Burger w\cheese was EVEN TASTIER when the Good guys WON!! Washed it down with 4-Tall Oktoberfests, what a FANTASTIC NIGHT, Atmosphere and Outcome to the game!! Highly recommend you watch Giants OR Nines LOSE, Great food, Cold Beers and HD TV'S ALL Around!! I'll Be Back!!
First of all I have to thank our waitress and staff. We have twins and when our table was ready our waitress saw our boys and said that if we didn't mind waiting for better seats. She said to much traffic. We had no problem with that and actually appreciated it. We didn't have to wait long got our new seats and had a great lunch all four of us waitress was wonderful and so was staff. I will be back soon.
Absolutely delicious celebrated 65th birthday there with very special friends and I know that I will be going back the food was very good the waitress was awesome thank you so much
