Loved it! Very professional. Great food. The beer couldve been a bit colder. But overall awesome. I will visit again.
Horrible service! Had a party of seven, they left us waiting for over 1/2hr, while they say parties of 2,3,4 that just walked right in. When we spoke with the manager he practically laughed in our faces. The hostess heckled us as we walked out...terrible customer relation!
The service is HORRIBLE! WE sat there first over 30 min waiting for a table while several later parties where seated before us. After talking to a manager who laughed at us and said "Would you like to come see our tables." As we walked away to go to the resturant across the street which was 10X better and sat us within 10 min, the waitresses mocked us. RUDE! I thought you had to be at least 15 to have a job... yes I would assume that a 15 year old would act far more mature or told to treat customers with respect.
Do not under any circumstances go here if your party is more than 3 or 4. You will be ignored, you will be neglected, you will watch people get seated, eat and leave before you are called. When you ask you will be brushed off and when you get a manager he will tell you that you can sit back down or leave... And chuckled at for asking... Never again red bird of food poisoning!
Waited for a hour just to get the news they mess up on our appetizer... Then we get another news that they mess up on our complete order... Last time going here...
Best salads and chicken sandwiches. Strawberry lemonade to die for.
We have gone there for many years, never had any problems tonight I had the French Onion Soup very salty. I one to say something to my husband, but usually not to the waiter! I don't know what made me say it, I said it was to salty! He ask if I want another one I just said no. My husband finished was going to pay the check, and the waiter said we didn't have to pay for the soup! Wow really, really! We thank him and got 10% off my husband dinner with our Red Robins Card Thank you!:))
